小型热矿振动筛的设计计算及使用效果

Design Calculation and using Result of Compact Thermal Mineral Vibrating Screen

本文阐述了张钢自行设计制造的双轴式热矿振动筛运动参数、工艺参数的确定和计算，以及用于烧结矿生产的效果。实践表明：与原吊挂式单轴振动筛相比可降低事故４次／３０ｄ，成品矿含粉指数由２４％降至１０％。

The determination and calculation of moving parameters and technological parameters of double shaft thermal mineral vibrating screen designed and made by Zhangdian Iron and Steel works itself and the results used of this screen on procluction of sintering mineral are elaborated in this paper.The practice indicates that accident may be decreased by 4times/30d,index contained powder of end product mineral may be decreased from 24% to 10% compared with original hanging single shaft vibrating screen. 
