摘要
济钢明水铝土矿采用远红外线式设备加热干燥镁碳砖等产品,避免了由于加热不均匀而可能产生的裂缝与变形,生产效率提高20%~30%,节约电能30%~40%。同时,无环境污染。
To heat and dry the products of magnesite carbon brick used of far infra-red heating installation in Mingshui alumina mine of Jinan iron and steel group general corporation the crack and deformation of brick,which are produced by non-homogenous heating,are avoided.This process method can improve the brick quality,can enchance 20%~30% of productivity and can save 30%~40%.of power consumption.
