摘要
新泰冶炼厂开发研制的沸腾焙烧炉自动加料控温系统由人工智能工业调节器和晶闸管交流电力控制器组成,该系统实现了工艺过程的定量控制,提高了焙烧炉运作的稳定性,炉温控制偏差不超过1℃,使铜的回收率由92%提高到94%。
Automatic feeding controlling temperature system of boiling roasting furnace,which is developed by Xintai smeltery,consists of an artificial intellectual regulator and a transistor alternating current controller.This system can achieve quantitative control for this processing,enhance the stability of roasting furnace in operation.The controlled temperature error is small than 1℃ and recovery ratio of copper is increased from 92% to 94%.
