我国中厚板材料发展现状及迈入21世纪对策

Present Status of Development of Medium and Heavy Plate Material of Our Country and Countermeasuve for going to 21st Century

介绍了中厚板材料在国民经济中的作用和地位,我国的生产现状以及同国外工业发达国家在规模、设备、品种结构、产品和质量等方面的差距.对2010年时我国中厚板材料的需求作了比较科学的预测,阐述了中厚板生产行业在我国由钢铁大国迈入的铁强国所负的重任.还提出了中厚板材料要立足国内,提高轧机技术装备水平,降低板坯中有害元素含量,提高产品质量和促进高新技术的研究开发,以及制定近、远期的发展规划、中厚板深加工等,阐明我国中厚板材料迈入21世纪的对策.

This article,by describing the role and position of medium and heavy plate material in national economy,present status of production in our country and difference compared with industrially developed countries with respect to scale,equipment,variety structure and product quality,etc,makes a relatively scientific projection of demand for medium and heavy plate material in our country by the year 2010 and realizes the important task of proceeding from large country to powerful one in steel with respect to production of medium and heavy plate,puts forward the idea of relying on our own country for medium and heavy plate material,enhancing technological installation level of rolling mill,reducing content of harmful elemepts in slab,improving product qualitg and prompting research and develpment of high, new technology,working out both long and immediate term development program and further fabrication of medium and heavy plate,etc,also states clearly the countermeasures for medium and heavy plate material of out country to enter 21st century.
