摘要
本文详细阐述了OCr18Ni9不锈钢的各种特性,制订了合理的加热、轧制、固溶处理工艺.使钢板的性能满足技术条件要求,并对采用控轧控冷工艺代替固溶处理工艺进行了试验,取得了和固溶处理同样的效果.
This article describes in detail various properties of OCr18Ni9 stainless steel,draws up rational heating,rolling and solid solution treatment process.enabling plate properties to meet requirements of the specification.and carries out test on substitution of controlled rolling,controlled cooling process for solid solution treatment and achieves the same effect as solid solution treatment.
