摘要
石录铜业公司反射炉粗铜中含有的铁、砷、硫等杂质元素较高 ,用现有的精炼工艺除掉这些杂质很不理想 ,影响了电解铜产品质量的稳定 .通过分析粗铜精炼过程中铁、砷、硫等杂质的造渣行为 ,进行了精炼工艺操作制度的探讨 .并且针对现有的粗铜火法精炼工艺和操作制度 ,提出了合理的操作制度 ,为粗铜火法精炼生产提供了依据 .
The contents of impurity elements like Fe,As,S in the crude copper from the reverberating furnace of Shilu Copper Industry Company are high and the results of removing these impurities by the existing refining process are not ideal,which influences the stability of the quality of the electrolytic copper product.By analyzing the slagmaking beha- vior of Fe,As,S in the crude copper refining process,the exploration to the operation system of the refining technology has been conducted. In addition,in the lightof the existing pyro- refining process and operation system,a reasonable operation system has been proposed,which provides a basis for the crude copper pyro- refining production.
