摘要
针对连铸机结晶器液位控制系统中一些常用控制方法无法克服由拉速剧烈变化或其它扰动构成的有色噪声的影响这一实际问题,在已有模型的基础上建立了一种包含有色噪声的更为简单实用的模型,同时将基于此模型的一种能克服有色噪声扰动的广义预测控制方法用于结晶器液位控制。实验结果表明,采用该方法后结晶器液位偏差较小,系统鲁棒性大大改善。
It is a fact that few of the common control methods are able to maintain the desired mould level with satisfaction because of colorred noises caused by tough speed changes or other disturbances. A colorred noise model has been constructed and a robust predictive control method which can eliminate the effect of colorred noise has been used in mould level control. It′s demonstrated by the experiments that this method has a better robustness and the level error is also admittable.
