摘要
根据傅里叶热传导方程,导出了轧辊的动态热凸度数学模型。经过适当的输入变换和动态解耦,结合轧辊的热传输特性,最后获得了简单、实用的轧辊局部冷却控制模型。
A dynamic thermal camber model of rolls has been derived according to Fourier′s thermal conducting equation. By proper transforming of the system input and dynamic decoupling, a simple and useful model for partial cooling control has been obtained on the basis of the thermal transfer characteristic of rolls.
