摘要
研究了35CrMo钢曲轴离子软氮化后的显微组织和特性。结果表明,经离子软氮化的材料具有表面硬度高、化合物层厚和渗氮层深的特点,并且比离子氮化的材料具有更优良的耐磨性和疲劳强度。
The microstructure as well as characteristics of the ionnitrocarburization of 35CrMo steel crankshaft was studied. The results show that the microhardness is improved and hardened layer deepened after ionnitrocarburization. The wear resistance and fatigue property of ionnitrocarburized steel are better than those of ionitrided steel.
