鼻部疾病对肺功能的影响 被引量：1

摘要 鼻郎疾病可大致分为4类：变应性鼻炎、非变应性鼻炎、感染性鼻炎以及结构性或机械性鼻病。鼻部疾病可导致肺功能发生改变，表现为大气道、小气道气流受限以及气道反应性的增强。本文简述了反映不同类型鼻病对肺功能影响的有关指标，以期拓宽临床工作者对两者之间相互关系的认识，用于指导临床实践。
