摘要
依据系统的包含原理和系统扩展前后最优(或次优)观测与控制的性能指标的等价性,选取次优度,推导出对重叠互联电力系统进行分散观测与控制时,仍使系统稳定的鲁棒性条件。
The stability robustness conditions of the decentralized LQG control are suggested about the overlapping interconnect electric power system on the basis of the inclusion principle and the equality between the optimum(or suboptimum) observation and control performance indices to be expanded and performance indices expanded.
