应用光弹应力分析实验方法得出安全环设计截面应力分布规律，并以实验数据为基础，得出实验范围内应力修正系数ｋ的二元线性回归公式；还将此式作为目标函数进行优化，获得ｋ值最小时的最优尺寸系列。
