武汉天河机场航站楼长螺旋钻机成孔人工扩底灌注桩施工技术

Construction Technology of Manual Holing Boring Piles with Manual Expanding Bottom Constructed with Long Spiral Drilling Machine in Wuhan Tianhe Airport Terminal

摘要 武汉天河机场航站楼指廊及连廊采用800mm(扩大头2 000mm)人工挖孔灌注桩。根据工程地质情况,对传统的人工挖孔灌注桩技术进行改进,开发了长螺旋钻机成孔、钢护筒护壁、人工扩底灌注成桩的新技术。介绍了其施工工艺流程、操作要点及质量、安全、环境保证措施。经检测,工程桩全部满足要求,实现节约工期30d、经济效益74.70万元,并取得了良好的技术、社会、环保效益。 Manual holing boring piles, with 800mm diameter and 2 000mm diameter in bottom, are adopted in terminal airside concourse and joint gallery of Wuhan Tianhe Airport. According to geological conditions, traditional construction technology of manual holing boring piles is improved and new construction technologies are chosen in the project, such as drilling hole with long spiral drilling machine, protecting hole wall with steel tube and expanding bottom with artificial work. Furthermore, construction process, key operation points and measures for ensuring quality, safety and environment are introduced. According to testing results, all the piles can satisfy corresponding requirements. The project gains good technical, social and environmental benefit.
