摘要
BM砌块是一种新型砌体材料,具有强度高、外观平整光滑、可兼作保温层、采用芯柱无需支设模板及工序简单等优点。指出了与梁及楼板连接处、预留洞口处构造措施,抗震构造措施及预埋件构造措施。介绍了其施工工艺流程,施工质量保证措施,施工允许偏差及检验方法。与传统砌体相比,BM砌体不需支模、抹灰,且可达到清水效果,综合成本可降低10-15元/m^2。
BM masonry is a new type of masonry material with high strength and smooth facade. It can be used as insulating layer, Core columm is set at joint of BM masonry without fomawork, so it is simple to eonstruct. Structural measures are proposed at joints of walls with beams and floors, reserved openings, points of embedded parts, as well as seismic structural measures. Further more, construction praters, quality ensuring measures, allowable deviations and measuring methods are introduced. Compared with traditional masonry, the BM masonry need not setting formwork and plastering, and can reach requirements of fair-faced effect, It can reduce investment by 10- 15 yuan per square meter.
