苏源集团有限公司研发大楼工程综合采用了太阳能、智能化通风采光采暖、围护结构保温、雨水收集及利用等先进技术。介绍了中庭绿色生态通风系统、新型建材综合节能系统、太阳能光伏发电系统、温控及热水供应系统、地下车库自然采光系统、雨水回收及利用系统等。该大楼充分利用自然光、风、雨水等资源及各项节能环保技术,综合建筑能耗仅为常规办公建筑的50%。
In Research and Development Building project of Suyuan Group, advanced teohnologaes are adopted such as solar energy, lntemgont ventilating, lighting and heating, surrounding structure insulation, rainwater collection and application. New systems for energy saving and environment protection in the project are introduced, including green ecological ventilating system, comprehensive energy saving system of new-type building materials, solar energy photovohaic generation system, temperature control and hot water providing system, natural lighting system of underground garage, rainwater collection and application system and so on. By making full use of natural light, wind, rainwater and various technologies for energy saving and environment protection, the energy consumption of Suyuan Group Research and Development Building is only 50 percent of normal office building.
