摘要
挤塑聚苯板具有密闭蜂窝结构,在国内常应用于外墙外保温。但是,传统的挤塑聚苯板外墙外保温由于聚苯板表面致密、低吸水性、透气性差及与邻近配套材料导热系数相差大等缺点常导致粘结失效,引起开裂、脱落。提出胶粉聚苯颗粒贴砌挤塑板外墙外保温系统,并介绍了该系统的关键配套材料和技术。经试验和实践检验,该系统克服了传统挤塑聚苯板外墙外保温系统的缺点,在保温、耐候和抗裂性能方面都有良好适用性。
In China, XPS plate is usually used in exterior wall external insulation system because of its dosed honeycomb structure. But the insulation system always has cracks or falls off because of the bonding failure, which induced by dense surface, low water sorption and poor permeability of XPS plate, as well as the large difference of thermal conductivity between XPS plates and neighbor matching materials. Thus, new technology of XPS plate insulation system bonded by adhesive polystyrene granule is suggested, and its key matching materials and technologies are introduced. It is proved by experiments and practices that the new technology has good applicability in insulation, weatherability and anti-crack.
