夏热冬冷地区外墙内保温技术的应用

Application of Exterior Wall Internal Insulation Technology in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Area

应根据不同地区的气候特点来选择建筑物外墙保温方式。针对夏热冬冷地区独特的气候特点和居民多采用间歇的空调运行模式,提出外墙内保温系统,并对其效益进行分析,证明了外墙内保温系统应用于夏热冬冷地区的经济适用性。结合重庆某项目,介绍了聚苯板粉刷石膏外墙内保温做法及其施工工艺。指出建筑外墙内保温有多种施工方法,可供不同地区选用。

It is suggested that engineers should select insulation systems of exterior wall according to climate features in different areas. According to benefits analysis, internal insulation technology for exterior wall proved economical and applicable in hot summer and cold winter areas which have special climate and air- conditions are used intermittently. Construction technology of polystyrene board plastering gypsum is introduced based on a project in Chongqing. It is indicated that there are various construction methods of exterior wall internal insulation system to be selected in different areas.
