摘要 上海崇明越江通道工程是目前世界上最长的隧桥结合工程,由南港隧道工程和北港桥梁工程组成。介绍了上海长江大桥上部结构安装过程中的新技术,包括:通过改变吊装方式,充分发掘吊装设备自身的潜在资源,以较小的设备实现了吊装;无下横梁塔柱0号块临时锚固施工技术;超宽分体式钢箱梁吊装、匹配施工技术及承插式临时墩施工技术。这些新技术的成功实施,确保了上海长江大桥优质、快速地完成,同时达到了节约成本的目的。 Chongming river-crossing tunnel project in Shanghai is the longest compound project of tunnel and bridge at present, which is composed of south port tunnel project and north port bridge project. This paper introduces some new technologies of box girders installation implemented in Shanghai Yangtze River Bridge, including making full use of bridge crane by changing its hoisting methods to hoist the steel box girders with rather small equipments, temporary anchorage of No. 0 segment on tower column without lower cress-beam, lifting and matching supper-wide steel box girders and constructing a insert-lift type temporary pier. By successfully implementing the mentioned technologies, Shanghai Yangtze River Bridge is rapidly completed with high quality and low cost.
