摘要
阜阳泉河大桥V形墩两斜腿轴线与竖直方向夹角为38°。0号段自重1 300t,底部除承台外为原有河漫滩,支撑体系建立困难,且在施工过程中斜向分力大,需进行临时加固。利用围堰钻孔桩作为V形墩支架支撑,将上部荷载通过型钢支架传至围护桩和承台顶。对墩座、斜腿0、号段采取合适的施工措施和先进的应力监控手段,可有效指导施工,保证结构安全和施工质量。
V-shaped piers of Fuyang Quanhe Bridge have joints angle of 38° between axis of their inclined legs and vertical line. Deadweight of No. 0 segment is 1 300t. Except bearing platform, all the ground soil under No.O segment is original floodplain, so the support system is difficult to construct. Furthermore, component force in inclined direction is rather large, so the support system needs to be reinforced. Bored piles of cofferdam is used as support flame bracing of V-shaped piers, and upside loads are transferred to surrounding piles and bearing platform by section steel frames. Construction measures and stress monitoring methods of piers, inclined legs and No.0 segment can guide construction and ensure safety and construction quality of structure.
