摘要
天津奈伦国贸大厦工程位于天津市响螺湾商务区,采用钻孔灌注桩后压浆施工工艺。指出了后压浆技术主要工作机理。根据地质报告和规范确定其设计参数,并按照设计要求和试桩工艺标准,将压浆量大幅度提高。施工过程中严格控制泥浆指标和施工工艺,并重点监控其压浆质量。给出了施工质量保证措施。实践证明,钻孔灌注桩后压浆工艺可提高单桩承载力、抗摩擦力,减少工程沉降量。
Post-grouting technology is adopted in bored piles foundation of Tianjin Nilou Mansion project, which locates in Tianjin Xiangluowan Business District. Main working principles of post-grouting technology are proposed. Grouting parameters are designed according to geological record and codes, and grouting quantity is increased obviously based on design requirements and pile testing standards. During construction, mud indexes and construction technology are strictly controlled, and mud grouting quality is emphatically monitored. Furthermore, ensuring measurements for construction quality are suggested. It is proved that post-grouting technology of bored piles can improve the bearing capacity and side friction of single pile, and reduce settlement of the building.
