摘要
北京大学体育馆屋面由双曲螺旋形金属屋面与中央透明球体组成,屋面板为通长的直立锁边铝镁锰面板。屋面表面曲率较大、异形板种类多、面板薄且较长导致侧向弯曲变形大等特点导致其施工难度大。利用计算机技术绘制双曲屋面等高线,对屋面排版和放样进行模拟分析,选用合理的防水节点做法。制定合理的施工方案,分层次安装屋面各构造层,严格控制屋面结构安装质量,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Roof of Peking University Gymnasium is composed of hyperbolic spiral metal roof and central transparent sphere. Vertical full-length aluminum-magnesium-manganese lock side plates are difficult to install because of the characteristics such as large surface curvature of roof, many kinds of special shaped plates and large lateral bending deformation of thin and long plates. Good economical and social benefits are gained by taking measures including using computer technology to draw roof contours and analyze layout and setting out, selecting reasonable waterproof joints, designing rational construction scheme, installing structural layers by multi-levels, as well as strictly controlling installation quality.
