Project Cost Management System Based on Data Mining

项目进展过程中产生了大量的投资数据,但不能孤立地分析这些数据,必须与其他数据关联起来进行分析才有意义。基于数据挖掘的工程项目投资控制系统主要由投资监控与预警、投资多维分析、投资决策支持等功能模块组成。系统利用已建立的数据库,采用OLAP技术对项目造价进行多维分析,提供动态的、实时的投资控制业务视图,可以提高项目投资分析、动态监控能力;并利用知识库正向推理策略实现工程用材智能选型,避免盲目招标和保证优质选材。

A lot of cost data are produced with the proceeding of project. Cost data, however, only has meaning when they are linked to some other external data. Project cost management system （PCMS） based on data mining （DM） mainly consists of cost monitoring and warning module, multidimensional cost analysis module and cost decision-making module. PCMS can provide dynamic and real-time cost control visual graphs based on the built database and multidimensional cost analysis by OIAP technique, to enhance project cost analysis and dynamic monitoring capacity. PCMS provides intelligent material type selecting based on forward reasoning stratagem of knowledge database, which can avoid bidding blindly and ensure high quality material.
