中国经济发展的路径选择研究综述

A Review of the Research on the Path Selection of China’s Economic Development

中国工业化应该沿着什么样的发展路径进行,学者对此争议已久。主要存在三种观点:实施比较优势战略,充分发挥比较优势,大力发展对外贸易;发展重化工业,实行大国战略,优先发展对内贸易;加快发展现代服务业和高新技术产业,升级产业结构。本文对目前主要的代表性观点进行简要的评述,在此基础上进一步指出:比较优势存在理论缺陷,竞争优势理论是发展方向;重化工业化不可逾越,新型工业化是必由之路;同时高新技术产业必须贯彻在发展进程中。

For a long time, the scholars have been arguing about what kind of way China should take to develop its industry. There are mainly three views： the first one is to implement and fully develop the strategy of our comparative advantages, and develop our trade with foreign markets. The second one is to develop the heavy industries, implement the leading powers strategy and give priority to the development of the domestic trade. And the third view is to accelerate the development of modern service sector and new ＆ Hi-tech industries, so we can promote the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure. On the base of some brief observations for the current views, this paper gets the following conclusions： the comparative advantage theory has some defects theoretically, and we should take the competitive advantage theory as the next development direction; besides, it＇s necessary to deepen our industrialization process and the way of new industrialization is the only way we should take, meanwhile, the new ＆ Hi-tech industries should impenetrate in all the process of the development.
