摘要
本文简要地说明:液体燃料必须经过雾化才能燃烧,雾化得好,液滴很细,燃烧就更完全;对影响雾化的各因素进行了分析和讨论,认为液体燃料的黏度、表面张力和雾化介质的温度、速度、用量以及它们的交角、接触面积等对雾化质量关系密切;提出燃料的黏度对机械雾化和低压空气雾化具有很大的影响,而燃料的表面张力对高压空气雾化和高压蒸汽雾化则具有很大的影响;介绍了新开发的综合多级雾化喷嘴的原理和优越性能。
The liquid fuel must be atomized before its combusting. The better the liquid fuel is atomized to produce extreme fine liquid, the more completely it combusts. This paper analyzes various factors affecting atomization and shows that the viscosity and interfacial tension of liquid fuel, the temperature and speed and using amount and contact area and so on of atomizing media affect the quality of atomization closely. The viscosity of fuel has a great influence on mechanical atomization and lowpressure air atomization; and the interfacial tension of fuel greatly influence high-pressure air atomization and high-pressure steam atomization. The working principle and characters of a new developing comprehensive multistage atomization nozzle are also introduced in this paper.
