摘要 目的探讨糖尿病患者尿清蛋白/尿肌酐(UALB/UCr)、α1微球蛋白(α1-MG)、视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)和血胱抑素C(CysC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)的变化对早期糖尿病肾病的诊断价值。方法对60例早期肾损伤的糖尿病患者和40例健康人的标本采用免疫散射比浊法检测尿α1-MG的水平,使用免疫透射比浊法检测尿UALB/UCr和血CysC、RBP、CRP的含量。结果糖尿病患者UALB/UCr、α1-MG、RBP、CysC、CRP显著高于健康人(P<0.01)。结论联合检测UALB/UCr、α1-MG、RBP、CysC、CRP对糖尿病肾病的早期诊断和评估有重要的临床价值。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of multiple items of urine albumin / urine creatinine(UAlb/UCr),αlmieroglob- ulin (α1-MG) ,retinol binding protein (RBP) and serum Cystatin C( Cys C ),C-reactive protein (CRP) determination in the diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy. Methods Immunity scatting turbidimetry was applied to measure the urine levels of albumin (Alb),ereatinine (Cr) and α1microglobulin (α1-MG), and immunity tnrbidimetry was applied measure the serum Cys C ,RBPand CRP levels in 60 patients with diabetes mellitus and 40 cases of healthy controls. Resealts The levels of UALB/UCr,α1-MG,RBP and serum,Cys C ,CRP in patients with diabetes mellitus were significantly higher than those of healthy controls (P〈0.01). Conclusion Determination of urinary and serum proteins (including UAlb/UCr, α1-MG,RBP and serum Cys C,CRP) is helpful for the diagnosis and assessment of early diabetic nephropathy.
