经胸超声心动图在房间隔缺损介入治疗中的应用

The application of transthoracic echocardiography in transcatheter occlusion of atrial septal defect

目的探讨经胸超声心动图(TTE)在房间隔缺损(ASD)封堵术中的临床应用价值。方法应用TTE技术对20例继发ASD患者进行术前检查筛查,术中监测,术后随访。结果用TTE术前检查ASD大小11～30(17.3±6.1)mm,选用Amplatzer封堵器大小为17～36(27.5±8.2)mm。TTE测量ASD的大小与选择封堵器大小相关性良好(r=0.97)。结论TTE在ASD封堵术的病例筛选、封堵器选择和放置以及在术后进行随访评价疗效等方面具有重要价值。

Objective To evaluate the applied values of trans-thoraeic echocardiography in closing atrial septal defeets（ASD）. Methods Twenty cases of atrial septal defects （ASD） patients were studied by trans-thoraeic eehocardiography. Results The patients examined with trans-thoracic echocardiography （TFE）, ASD mean diam eter was（17.3±6.1） mm （11-30 mm）, The diameters of these devices were （27.5±8.2） mm （17-36 mm）. Close correlation was found between the size of ASD measured by TIE and the size of occluder （r=0.97）. Conclusion Trans-thoracic eehocardiography has a important role in evaluating the short-term and long-term therapeutic effectiveness for patients with ASD.
