在构建创新型国家的时代大背景下,人的创新能力越发凸显其重要意义,因此,对创新能力的研究已成为当前研究领域的一个热点。哲学作为科学之母,对创新能力作哲学分析显得十分必要。从哲学层面对创新能力的分析是以人的类本性为出发点的。把创新和能力分层解读有助于我们更好地把握创新能力的内涵,对创新能力进行哲学考察,主要有突破性、能动性、连动性、贯通性和应需性五个特点。

Under the grand background of constructing the innovational country, people＇ s innovational ability has been taking on its protruding significance. Thus, the research done in innovational ability becomes a hot topic in today＇ s investigation field. Since the philosophy acts as the mother of science, it appears very essential to analyze the innovational ability from the philosophical level. The philosophical analysis takes the species nature disposition as its starting point. The philosophical analysis on innovation and ability helps understand innovational ability. When we inspect the characteristics of the innovational ability, we will find they mainly have five characteristics： breakthrough, activeness, consistency, comprehensiveness and its necessity responsiveness.
