摘要
目的:探讨MSCT容积扫描在诊断腰椎弓峡部裂中的价值。方法:对临床怀疑腰椎弓峡部裂的52例患者行容积CT扫描,所得数据传入工作站,再进行多平面重组(MPR)、容积再现(VR)等图像重组。并比较普通X线平片、MPR图像及VR图像。结果:52例患者共检出83处腰椎弓峡部裂。轴面图像能清楚显示环裂征。MPR图像能清楚地显示椎弓峡部裂,其中经过椎弓峡部的斜矢状面MPR图像能直观地显示峡部裂的直接征象——猎狗项圈征,对峡部裂检出率最高。VR图像接近真实解剖结构,能立体显示峡部裂。结论:MSCT容积扫描及其重组图像能直观显示椎弓峡部裂的影像特征,提高诊断符合率。
Objective:To discuss the value of volumetric scanning with muhi slice CT (MSCT) in the diagnosis of lumbar spondylolysis (LS). Methods:Fifty-two patients who were clinically suspected of having LS underwent volumetric scanning with MSCT,then various post processing techniques including muhi planar reformation (MPR) and volume rendering (VR) were carried out at the workstation. Comparison of the efficacy in the diagnosis of LS with conventional radiography, MPR and VR were undertaken. Results: There were 83 sites of lumbar spondylolysis in these 52 cases. The "ringlike fissure sign" could be clearly revealed on axial images; and the LS could be displayed on MPR images, especially the typical "necklace sign of Scottish hound" could be directly displayed on the oblique sagittal plane. The VR images are close to the real anatomy structure of the lumbar spine, which can display lumbar spondylolysis stereoscopically. Conclusion: LS could be well displayed on the volumetric CT images of various post-processing techniques, and the accuracy of diagnosis can be improved.
