基于引力模型的辽宁利用外资战略研究

The Research on the Strategy of FID of Liaoning Based on the Gravity Model

辽宁在"后WTO"时代,需要调整利用外资战略,以适应内外部条件的变化,采用引力模型对辽宁外商直接投资进行实证分析,结论显示,外商直接投资与两地要素禀赋差异呈显著的正相关关系,与两地距离呈显著的负相关关系。因此,辽宁利用外资战略重点是改善投资环境,突出要素禀赋优势和提高对香港、日韩等周边国家和地区的引资力度。

Liaoning province has entered the post-WTO era. With the economic environment chan- ging, the FDI strategy needs to be modified. The empirical research shows that FDI has a significant positive sign with the relative factor endowment, while it has a significant negative sign with the distance between two regions. Therefore, the FDI strategy of Liaoning should better the relative factor endowment and enhance the cooperation with Hong Kong, Korea and Japan, etc.
