眼眶蜂窝织炎的CT、MR表现

CT and MR Findings of Orbital Cellulites

目的分析眼眶蜂窝织炎的CT、MR表现及探讨其临床价值。资料与方法回顾总结20例眼眶蜂窝织炎患者的CT、MR征象。男11例,女9例。仅行眼眶CT检查18例,眼眶CT、MRI同时检查2例。结果鼻窦源性13例,外伤源性6例,颌面部感染1例。骨膜下脓肿形成5例,肌锥内间隙脓肿1例,肌锥外间隙炎症4例,眶隔前炎症3例,弥漫性炎症7例。影像特征为眶内正常结构界面消失和球后脂肪局限或弥漫性浸润。结论CT、MRI检查对诊断眼眶蜂窝织炎有重要价值。

Objective To analyze CT and MR findings of orbital cellulitis and to explore their clinic values. Materials and Methods CT and/or MRI findings in 20 patients（20 eyes, 11 male and 9 female） were analyzed retrospectively. 18 cases performed CT scan only, and 2 cases performed both CT and MRI scan. Results Among all cases, originated from paranasal sinusitis in 13 cases, orbit trauma in 6 cases, maxillofacial region infection in I case. Subperiosteal abscess were revealed in 5 cases. Abscess within the intra-conal space were visualized in 1 case. Infection in the extra-conal space were observed in 4 cases. Infection anterior to orbital septal were delineated in 3 cases, and diffusion infection in 7 cases. Orbital cellulitis was characterized by absence of clear boundry with normal structures and local or diffusion infiltration of the fat behind the eye-ball. Conclusion CT and MR data have great values in diagnosing orbital cellulitis.
