融冰征:腹部吸收期血肿重要征象

Ice-melting Sign:Important Characteristic of Absorption Period Hematoma in Abdomen

目的探讨腹部吸收期血肿的主要CT征象。资料与方法回顾性分析经手术或临床证实的11例腹部吸收期血肿患者的CT表现。结果腹部吸收期血肿主要表现为平扫中心呈等、稍高密度灶,越往边缘密度越低,边缘模糊,酷似融冰状;增强扫描病灶边缘呈环状强化,中心不强化。结论融冰征是腹部吸收期血肿的重要征象,具有重要诊断价值,但不能作为病因诊断依据。

Objective To study the CT manifestation of Absorption period hematoma in abdomen. Materials and Methods The CT images during absorption period hematoma in abdomen of 11 cases confirmed by operation or clinical findings were analyzed retrospectively. Results On plain CT scan, absorption period hematoma mainly manifested isodense or slightly high density in the center, and low density on the margin with hazy boundary. On enhanced CT scan, the hematoma manifested round-enhancement on the margin and, un-enhancement in the center. The signs were similar as icemelting. Conclusion The ice-melting sign is an important and helpful characteristic for absorption period hematoma in abdomen. But it is not an evidence for etiological diagnosis.
