摘要
针对大型高炉的发展趋势,进行了40kg捣固小焦炉试验和4.3m捣固焦炉生产试验,结果表明,在发挥捣固炼焦工艺优越性的前提下,通过合理配煤,严格控制进厂煤质,捣固工艺生产焦炭完全可以满足大高炉的生产需求。
Against the development trend of large-scale blast furnace, 40kg stamp test ow stamp coke oven production test were conducted, the test results show that under the premise of bringing superiority of stamp coke-making process into full play, by means of rational coal blending and strictly control coal quality into the plant, the coke produced by stamping process can fully meet the production demand of large-scale blast furnace.
