摘要 采用单乙醇胺(MEA)脱硫工艺与其解析出的含硫酸性气体进一步催化转化及与含水酸性气体制酸(WSA)技术的有机组合,可以将焦炉煤气中H2S含量从4500mg/m3左右降至50mg/m3以下,所得硫酸产品浓度大于97%。在焦化领域诸多脱硫工艺中,该组合工艺具有流程短、方法简单、产品适用性广和经济效益好的优点。 The organic combination of the adoption of monoethanolamine desulphurization process with WSA technology of further catalysis conversion of wet sulfuric acid gas separated out from the process can reduce the H2S content in coke oven gas from 4 500mg/m^3 to the quantity below 5mg/m^3 and the concentration of the produced sulfuric acid is higher than 97%. Among many desulphurization processes in the coking field, this combined process has the advantages of the short process flow, simple process, wide applicability of the product and good economic benefit.
