单液滴微萃取-气相色谱/质谱法检测水中多环芳烃 被引量:10

摘要 采用单液滴微萃取-气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)法建立了检测水中多环芳烃(PAHs)的方法,研究了萃取溶剂种类、萃取时间、搅拌速度对萃取效率的影响,确定了最佳单液滴微萃取条件。该法用于水中PAHs的检测,16种PAHs的线性范围为0.2~7.0μg/mL,相关系数≥0.9784,检出限为0.002-0.190μg/mL,相对标准偏差为7.1%~15.1%,加标回收率在81%~122%。 A single droplet microextraetion method was developed as the first step for determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in environmental waters. The effects of extraction solvent, extraction time and stirring rate on extraction were investigated. Employing the best extraction conditions (20 rain extraction time,n-hexane solvent 1.0 μL,and stirring rate=500 r/min) ,linear calibration equations were established for 16 PAHs,the linearity were in the range of 0.2-7.0 μg/mL with correlation coefficients ≥0. 978 4. The detection limits for 16 PAHs ranged from 0. 002-0. 190 μg/mL, the recovery factors ranged from 81 %-122 % with a relative standard deviation of 7.1 %-15.1 %. With low solvent consumption,it is simple, rapid and environmental friendly method.
