平新乔先生在其所著《微观经济学十八讲》[1]中,对Shavell在文[2]中所证明的关于"代理人最优行动"的定理给出了一个说明,并认为在现实中使该定理失败的原因仅限于经济行为人不是"风险中立"的.笔者将较为具体和全面地分析平新乔先生的解释,除了指出其行文叙述不当之处,更主要的将说明平新乔先生的基本理解完全是错误的,其对现实状况的解释也易于引起严重的误导.
