随着社会经济和城市化的迅猛发展,不少城市的工业遗产面临着或存在或消失的重要抉择.保护有价值、有代表性的工业遗产并加以合理利用,对于维护城市历史文脉和城市特色具有特殊意义.从价值观的误区、新技术的进步、城市化的高速发展、工业遗产保护的软环境恶化等4个方面分析工业遗产保护所面临的冲击;提出把工业遗产纳入城市规划的视野,认为政府要对工业遗产进行普查、制定工业遗产分类标准、对现有遗产进行分类分级、落实工业遗产保护措施;研究工业遗产的保护性利用问题.

With the rapid development of social economy and urbanization, many cities have to make decision to deal with industrial heritage. Protection of valuable, representative industrial heritage and rational utilization is of particular significance for the maintenance of the city history and character, We analyse the impact on industrial heritage protection From the new techological progress, rapid development of urbanization, industrial heritage, soft enviromental degradation. We propose to concern the industrial heritage in town planning. Government should make census of industrial heritage, set up classification standards of industrial heritage and classifiy and grade the existing heritage, implement proper measures to protect industrial heritage and study the use of industrial heritage.
