脑毛细胞星形细胞瘤MRI表现与临床病理对照 被引量：3

摘要 毛细胞星形细胞瘤（Pilocytic astrocytoma，PA）是中枢神经系统少见的原发肿瘤，在所有颅内肿瘤中占0．6％-5．1％，在颅内胶质肿瘤中占1．7％-7％。本文对作者所在单位2004年8月～2008年6月经手术病理证实的17例PA的MRI表现特点进行总结，并与临床病理对照以提高MRI的诊断水平。
