完全型心耳并置的多普勒超声心动图诊断价值

Value of Doppler echocardiography in the diagnosis of complete juxtaposition of atrial appendages
摘要
心耳并置（JAA）是一种罕见的心血管系统畸形，约占所有先天性心脏病的0.28％。心耳畸形本身并不引起血流动力学紊乱，通常因合并其他心血管系统畸形而在心血管造影或手术时偶然发现。JAA的存在常导致房间隔走形异常、心房容量减小等，增加手术的难度，甚至导致手术方式的改变，因此术前正确的诊断十分重要。我院1998年6月～2008年9月经心血管造影、MRI检查或外科手术证实为完全型心耳并置（CJAA）的患者共17例，本文回顾性分析其超声心动图诊断情况，评价多普勒超声心动图诊断CJAA的价值，旨在提高超声诊断的正确率。
