摘要 血管平滑肌脂肪瘤（Angiomyolipoma，AML）是一种少见的主要好发于肾脏的间叶肿瘤，肾外AML偶见于肝脏、腹膜后、纵隔等处。发生于小肠系膜的AML罕见．现将我院经手术病理证实的1例小肠系膜AML报告如下。
