前列腺素E_1脂微球载体制剂治疗突发性耳聋伴耳鸣眩晕的疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation on Sudden Deafness Combined with Tinnitus and Vertigo Treated with LipoPGE1

目的观察凯时（前列地尔,即前列腺素E1脂微球载体制剂,LipoPGE1）治疗突发性耳聋伴耳鸣、眩晕的疗效。方法102例突发性耳聋患者随机分为两组,治疗组：用凯时注射液10μg＋0.9%氯化钠注射液（或5%的葡萄糖溶液）20 mL,缓慢静脉滴注,1次/d,10~14 d为1个疗程。②对照组：用复方丹参30 mL和维脑路通400 mg加入生理盐水250 mL静脉点滴,1次/d,10~14 d为1个疗程。两组均辅以使用三磷酸腺苷、辅酶A、细胞色素C、营养神经等药物静脉注射。观察两组病例治疗后听力的恢复情况。结果治疗组：耳聋治疗有效率为87.93%;耳鸣治疗有效率为94.7%。对照组：耳聋治疗有效率为77.36%;耳鸣治疗有效率为96.15%。比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。未见严重的不良反应和并发症。结论凯时对突发性耳聋有较好的治疗作用。在突聋的治疗上,凯时具有较好的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the curative effect on sudden deafness combined with tinnitus and vertigo treated with LipoPGE1. methods： 102 cases of such patient were divided into therapy group （ 10μg of LipoPGE1 was injected per day for 10 - 14 days as a course） and control group （30 ml complex Danshen and 400 mg venoruton were injected） on the bases of ATP, Co - A, cytochrome C and so on.The acoustic recovery was recorded in both groups.Results The curative effect was 87.93 % in deafness and 94.7 % in tinninus in therapy group. The curative effect was 77,36% in deafness and 96.15 % in tinninus in control group with significance. Conclusion This drug might have good effect of SD with good value.
