颅内血肿穿刺清除术治疗高血压性脑出血临床观察

Clinical Observation on Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage Treated with Puncture Hematoma Clearance

目的颅内血肿穿刺清除术治疗高血压性脑出血并评价其疗效。方法应用YL-1颅内血肿穿刺针在CT定位下实施简易的定向微创手术治疗高血压性脑出血,术后应用尿激酶冲洗液溶解血肿共98例。结果本组98例中,采用颅内血肿穿刺清除术治愈76例,占78%。结论采用颅内血肿穿刺清除术治疗高血压性脑出血,是一种安全、减少致残,费用低的方法。

Objective To assess the curative effect of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treatment with puncture hemo- toma clearance.Methods There were 98 cases of HCH patient were underwent puncture with YL- 1 needle under CT location and urokinase irrigation. Results The curative rate was 78 % in 76 cases of 98. Conclusion This method might be safe, low payment and less causes of maim.
