克氏针内固定加植骨治疗跟骨关节内骨折的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Calcaneus Intra-joint Fracture Treated with Internal Fixation of Kirschner Wire and Bone Graft

目的观察克氏针内固定加植骨治疗跟骨骨折的临床效果。方法采用Eastwood手术入路,骨折解剖复位,撑开骨折处植入髂骨,顺跟骨轴线钻入克氏针固定。结果36例跟骨关节内骨折,获随访6~12个月。AOFAS评分65~100分,平均88.3分。其中,优20足,良19足,可5足,优良率为88.6%。影像学检查：Bohler角术前0~13°,平均9.6°;随访时30~40°,平均31.2°。术后疗效佳。结论克氏针内固定加植骨可用于治疗跟骨关节内骨折,且简便、经济、创伤小,术后恢复快。

Objective To observe the curative effect on calnaneus intra - joint fracture with internal fixation of Kirschner wire and bone graft.Methods 36 eases who were underwent this operation were followed up from 6 - 12 months. The AOFAS score was 65 - 100 in average of 88.3.The good effective rate was 88.6% （excellent in 20 cases, well in 19 cases and good in 5 cases）.The Bohler angle was 0- 13° in average of 9.6° before operation and 30 -40° in average of 31.2° postoperation.Conclusion This method might be easy, economic, lesss invasive and rapid recovery for this dis-
