摘要
鞍钢10号高炉改造性大修设计贯彻“高产、优质、低耗、长寿”的方针,在原10号高炉(1627m3)拥挤的厂区建起一座2580m3的现代化新10号高炉。采用皮带上料;串罐式无料钟炉顶;环形出铁场;INBA水冲渣;烟煤喷吹;热风炉自身预热等十几项先进技术。本设计在炉体长寿方面作了较大改进,自焙碳块陶瓷砌体复合炉衬技术在鞍钢7号高炉成功应用的基础上,10号高炉又上了一个新台阶。
The guiding principles of the design for revamping overhaul of No.10 BF at Anshan Iron and Steel(Group)Co are“high productivity,good quality,low consumption and long life”.The new modern No.10 BF(2580 m3)is to be built up in the crowded area of original No10 BF(1627 m3)Quite a few new techniques are adopted,such as:belt charging,bellless top with two coaxial vertical hoppers,circular cast house,INBA granulation,pulverized coal injection,self preheating of hot blast stove,etc..This design improved the lining for long life campaign.The selfbaking carbon brick ceramic bonding compound liner has been developed further on the basis of successful use on No.7 BF at Anshan Iron and Steel(Group)Co.
