鞍钢10号高炉改造性大修设计

DESIGN FOR REVAMPING OVERHAUL OF No10 BF ATANSHAN IRON AND STEEL (GROUP)CO

鞍钢１０号高炉改造性大修设计贯彻“高产、优质、低耗、长寿”的方针，在原１０号高炉（１６２７ｍ３）拥挤的厂区建起一座２５８０ｍ３的现代化新１０号高炉。采用皮带上料；串罐式无料钟炉顶；环形出铁场；ＩＮＢＡ水冲渣；烟煤喷吹；热风炉自身预热等十几项先进技术。本设计在炉体长寿方面作了较大改进，自焙碳块陶瓷砌体复合炉衬技术在鞍钢７号高炉成功应用的基础上，１０号高炉又上了一个新台阶。

The guiding principles of the design for revamping overhaul of No.10 BF at Anshan Iron and Steel(Group)Co are“high productivity,good quality,low consumption and long life”.The new modern No.10 BF(2580 m3)is to be built up in the crowded area of original No10 BF(1627 m3)Quite a few new techniques are adopted,such as:belt charging,bellless top with two coaxial vertical hoppers,circular cast house,INBA granulation,pulverized coal injection,self preheating of hot blast stove,etc..This design improved the lining for long life campaign.The selfbaking carbon brick ceramic bonding compound liner has been developed further on the basis of successful use on No.7 BF at Anshan Iron and Steel(Group)Co.
