弥可保治疗糖尿病合并周围神经病变的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Methycobal on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的观察弥可保对糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗效果。方法将78例病人随机分为两组,对照组41例,应用舒血宁治疗,观察组37例,应用舒血宁的基础上加用弥可保治疗。结果对照组显效率19.5%,总有效率73.2%;观察组显效率45.9%,总有效率91.8%。两组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论弥可保是治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的有效药物。

Objective To observate the clinical effect of methycobal on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 78 cases of such patients were divided into two groups. The control group （41 cases） was treated by ShuXuening injection. The observation group （37 cases） was treated by ShuXuening injection and methycobal. Results The obvious effective rate of the control group was 19.5%, total effective rate was 73.2%. The obvious effective rate of the observation group was 45.9%, total total effective rate was 91.8%. There are significance difference between two groups（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Methycobal could be a kind of drug to treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy effectively.
