摘要
开展了基于HLA的多学科协同仿真技术研究,采用基于协同仿真适配器的学科模型转换方法,能够将商用软件所建的学科模型转换为符合HLA标准的仿真对象模型(SOM);针对有限元软件ABAQUS封装困难的问题,提出了一种引擎封装方法,为开发ABAQUS协同仿真适配器提供了支持,有助于提高模型的可重用性;最后构建了一个锻造操作机原型系统,实现了锻压加工过程中,机构系统与锻造形变子系统间的多学科协同建模与仿真,验证了本文所提出的协同仿真技术的有效性和合理性。
In this paper.research on HLA-based multidisciplinary collaborative simulation technology is carried out. The HLA adaptor is adopted to realize model transformation so that models created by commercial software are compatible with HLA. Moreover, in order to solve the difficulty of wrapping ABAQUS software, an ABAQUS engine encapsulation technique is proposed, which is helpful for developing HLA adaptor corresponding to ABAQUS software as well as improving the reusability of models. Finally, a prototype system of forging manipulator is developed, this prototype system can achieve multidisciplinary collaborative modeling and simulation between the system and forging deformation in the forging. , then demonstrate the effectiveness of the simulation technology.
