摘要
通过对箱体零件的工艺性分析,并对以往加工手段—找正加工法(按线试镗法、心轴量块找正法和样板找正法)进行了分析,提出了镗模加工法加工箱体零件的工艺方案,结合零件的实际结构,设计了一种结构简单、经济实用的镗模,不仅满足了零件的加工精度要求,且生产效率和零件精度的互换性得到了极大的提高,很好的缓解了生产压力,对公司设备资源潜能的挖掘具有现实意义。
Through an analysis of cabinet components process and ordinary corretion processing means (by-line test boring, spindle block correction and sample correction), the technology program on how to process module boring parts is proposed. And combined with the actual structure of parts, a mode of boring structure that sample, economical and practical has been designed, this structure can not only meets the precision machining requirements, and also improve the production efficiency and precision parts interchangeability, further more, it can ease pressure of the production on a large extent, and at the same time can show the potential mining equipment resources with extraordinary practical significance.
