摘要
由于东风汽车股份有限公司某车型的燃油箱采用的是整体吹塑成型的大容积塑料油箱,其内部无法设计用来缓冲燃油波动的挡板。因此,开发一款新型的直筒式燃油传感器,用以解决车辆在行驶速度急剧变化时出现的燃油表指针晃动和持续变化的问题。该直筒式燃油传感器可以推广到其他车型。
As the gasoline tank with a huge size of a certain type of motor made by DFAC is manufactured by whole plastic mold, there is no way to install baffles to appease the fuel fluctuation. So a new type of cylinder fuel sensor is made to solve the problem of fuel meter index quivering and continuously varing when the motor speed changes sharply. This cylinder fuel sensor can also generalized to other types of motors.
