电渣熔铸大柱齿钎体用27Si2Mn2Ni2CrMo钢的组织与性能

RESEARCH OF STRUCTURE AND PROPERTIESOF ESC27Si2Mn2Ni2CrMo FOR LARGEDIACOLUMN TEETH DRILLING BODY

研究了电渣熔铸大柱齿钎体用２７Ｓｉ２Ｍｎ２Ｎｉ２ＣｒＭｏ钢的组织与性能。研究结果表明，电渣熔铸２７Ｓｉ２Ｍｎ２Ｎｉ２ＣｒＭｏ钢具有优良的冶金质量，经过选择合理的热处理工艺制度，电渣熔铸钢大柱齿钎体具有很高的强韧性，能够满足大柱齿钎头使用工况的要求。

In the paper,the structure and properties of ESC27Si2Mn2Ni2CrMo for largedia column teeth drilling body are studied.The results show that the metallurgical quality of ESC27Si2Mn2Ni2CrMo is excellent and the toughness is high enough by using rational technology of heat treatment.The quality of ESC27Si2Mn2Ni2CrMo for largedia column teeth drilling body can meet requirements of application
