摘要
研究了Al2O3-SiO2短纤维增强AZ91D复合材料在不同温度下的蠕变性能。结果表明,Al2O3-SiO2/AZ91D复合材料具有良好的抗高温蠕变性能。显微分析发现,复合材料在蠕变过程中部分纤维发生断裂,纤维/基体界面处的缺陷和微裂纹在加载应力的作用下逐渐扩展,最终导致复合材料的蠕变断裂。
The creep behaviors at different temperature for Al2O3-SiO2 fiber reinforced AZ91D based composite were investigated. The results indicate that Al2O3-SiO2/AZ91D composite has favorable high temperature creep capability. After observe the microslructure of the composite by SEM, the fracture of some fibers was found in the creep process, blemi shes and micro cracks in the interface of fiber and AZ91D based were expanding gradually on the loading stress, finally resulted to the creep rupture.
