摘要
某电厂一期2台1000MW超超临界机组,采用P92钢ID 349mm×72mm规格主蒸汽管道,这种"薄壁"管的运行安全性和寿命倍受人们关注。借助从已建成的状态监测寿命安全管理系统获得的实际管道损伤的全作用载荷谱,针对"常规持久强度"和"下边界持久强度"2种材料蠕变损伤规律,考虑"薄壁"和"正常(厚壁)"2种壁厚,分析研究了几种组合条件下P92钢主蒸汽管道的运行安全性和预期使用寿命。
In the two 1000 MW uhra-supercritical units of a certain power plant project phase I, the P92 steel ID 349 mm×72 mm main steam pipe was adopted. The operation safety and life of this thin walled pipe attracted a lot of attention. With the help of full-load spectrogram of actual pipe damage obtained from the constructed condition monitoring and life safety management system, aiming at the laws of two material creep damage conventional long-time strength and lower boundary long-time strength, considering two wall thickness thin wall and thick wall, the operation safety and expected service life of P92 steel main steam pipe under the conditions of several combinations were analyzed and researched.
